Please, read everything carefully.
By commissioning me you're agreeing with all my Terms of Service below.

COMMISSIONS: Closed

What I can draw:

✧ Fanart;
✧ Humans;
✧ Soft Gore;
✧ Soft NSFW;
✧ Humanoids
✧ Ships/Couples;
✧ Simple Background;
✧ Original Characters.

What I won't draw:

✧ Furry;
✧ NSFW;
✧ Mechas;
✧ Animals;
✧ HatEful Art;
✧ Full Gore;
✧ Monsters;
✧ Complex Backgrounds.

I, as an artist, have the right to:

✧ Own all the rights of the drawing, with the exception of the characters (if they belong to the costumer or some series);
✧ Using the drawing to promote my work on my social medias, unless stated otherwise;
✧ Deny the commission proposal.

Costumers have the right to:

✧ Use the commissioned drawing for personal use ONLY, my commissions are not for comercial use, unless we’ve discussed that (there may be exceptions but we need to talk first);
✧ Can print the commission;
✧ Post the drawing on their social medias (PLEASE credit me).

Payment

✧ Payment upfront via Paypal or MBway (if you’re portuguese);
✧ My currency is in Euro (€), I will not accept another currency;
✧ I’ll start the commission after the payment is received.
✧ I don’t accept refunds, only if I haven’t started the commission in a month;
✧ If you need a shorter deadline than the standard production time (which varies between 2 weeks and 1 month), an additional 50% will be added to the initial price. For example, if you request a full body artwork with full rendering, whose base price is 50€, the total will be 75€ (50€ + 50% = 75€). This increase reflects the urgency and the need to prioritize delivery within a short timeframe, since your commission will be placed ahead of all the others.

Commission Process

✧ To initiate a commission, you can reach out to me through Instagram or via email at [email protected].✧ The next step is to fill a form, which I will provide. This form will collect all the necessary information, including details such as the type of artwork you’re looking for, style preferences, color schemes, and any reference images you may want to include. Providing as much detail as possible will ensure I understand your vision clearly.✧ Based on the information provided, I will create an initial sketch of the concept. This sketch will serve as a rough visual outline of the final piece, giving you an opportunity to review the general composition, structure, and design. At this stage, you’ll be able to provide feedback and request any revisions or alterations to the sketch.✧ Once the sketch has been approved, I will proceed with creating the line art and applying flat colors. During this phase, I will periodically send you progress updates, allowing you to review the work and provide feedback. Remember that you won't be able to ask for any major changes to the composition after the sketch phase, just a few color or lineart changes.✧ After completing the artwork, I will send the final piece to you for a last round of revisions. This is your chance to review the completed artwork and request any final tweaks to ensure everything is just as you envisioned. Again, it won't be possible to make any major changes to the final composition, just a few details.✧ Once the final artwork is approved, I will provide the completed high-resolution files via Dropbox or Google Drive, depending on your preference.

Aditional Info

✧ The commissioner can track the progress of their commission at any time by visiting the "waiting list" link on my Carrd.
✧ I will always update the commissioner at each stage of the drawing, but you can always ask for more updates if needed;
✧ Changes to the sketch will not be charged;
✧ Major changes after the sketch will be charged by an additional 10% of the base price (e.g: Full Rendered - Full Body is 50€. So 50€ + 50% = 55€)
✧ Mistakes made by me will be corrected without any charges;
✧ No cancelations;
✧DO NOT sell or trace my artwork;
✧ DO NOT use my artwork for NFTs;
✧DO NOT feed AI with my artwork;
✧ DO NOT edit or change my artwork;
✧ DO NOT claim my artwork as your own;
✧ DO NOT put your own watermark in my artwork, if you’re going to post it use the version with my watermark;
✧ I can take between 2 weeks and a month to finish your commission (it can depend on the complexity, order of commission, health or personal problems);
✧ Please be patient and considerate. Above everything I am a person, I have a personal life and I am in college.

Please understand that my style is a bit inconsistent because I’m always experimenting new things to improve!
